We loved staying in this city! The hotel's location in the Old Quarter is perfect as it's close to the charming Hock Kiem lake and all the lively neighbourhood shops. The staff were really nice and helpful, carrying our bags and assisting us with transportation options. The room was spacious, clean and had excellent hotel facilities. We enjoyed their continental breakfast; the options were all unusual but still flavoured deliciously.

Great service, really helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located near many tourist attractions and restaurants. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with nice and clean rooms. They even provided a shuttle service to the airport.

There were some negative aspects during our stay. There was some noise from construction nearby, which was annoying at times.

Spent Xmas there and it was amazing! The room was comfy and clean, and the spa treatment was superb! I was spoilt with a stunning view of the city when having breakfast on the top floor. The hotel was perfectly located to explore the local restaurants and the vibrant night markets.

The wooden bathtub was a letdown as it leaked and flooded the bathroom floor. The hotel staff tried their best to fix it, but it still leaked. It was not the end of the world, but it would have been better if it was working correctly.
